What is the cost of an Insy™ video message?

A: Using an WLAN connection or an unlimited traffic 3G data plan will result in no cost per video message. Otherwise the cost usually depends on the data transfer and consequently on the length of the message. For one minute message the average data transfer is 1.5MB. Depending on your carrier data plan the cost can vary widely, for example it can be 12 cents (Vodafone 100MB) or 50 cents (Vodafone 10MB).

Q:

What is the difference between "Flexible" and "Smart" options?

A: "Flexible premium" licensing option is based on a monthly subscription fee while "Smart premium" relies on an yearly subscription. There is no difference in the level of services offered for these two options.

Q:

Does Insy™ TV application work over WAP connections?

A: No. Insy™ TV requires full Internet connection. In order to be able to send large messages (more than 20 seconds) a fast Internet connection is required: 3G or WLAN. The the recommended speed (available bandwidth) is at least 256 kbps.

Q:

What does the "Insy" name stands for?

A: "INSY" is the shorter version of our company name INtellSYs.
